YES!+ is an innovative and dynamic educational and life skills program that provides young students and professionals the tools to achieve their ideal life with ease, creativity, energy, and inhibition-free.
Program Overview:
YES!+ is an innovative and dynamic educational and life skills program for young students and professionals. YES!+ empowers young people with tools to eliminate stress, rid the system of negative emotions, develop strong social and leadership skills, heighten awareness and increase mental focus. This intense 26 hour program (spanning 6 consecutive days) also includes practical sessions on entrepreneurial skills, maximizing individual potential and physical, mental and emotional health.

Join youth from around the world in a fun and challenging opportunity for personal growth and service.

Youth Leadership Training Program, or YLTP, is an intensive residential program which gives you an immersion in stress and trauma relief techniques of breathing, meditation and yoga and prepares you to teach those techniques back to the community. A focus on leadership, teamwork and communication skills creates a solidly bonded team of volunteers with an emphasis on service that gives back to communities in need.

The 18-hour seminar,conducted over six business days, is customized to suit the specific needs of those working in the educational system. The seminar includes: Practical knowledge - know the laws of body, mind, memory, intellect and ego; Natural principles of effective living - learn tools that eliminate counter productive activity and enhance learning ability; Guided interactive processes - improve interpersonal relationships and foster team spirit; Dynamic body exercises - easily learned tension releasing physical stretches and exercises; Innovative breathing techniques - revitalizing breathing techniques that increase energy and deeply relax and recharge the body
and mind.
